    • ControlsPlus Solutions will discuss training for you or your staff, and link you to J2 Innovations FIN Stack online training. Licensing arrangements and costs, and the User Agreement, will be explained and any questions answered.
  • Technical Support once you start using FIN Stack:
    • As soon as you start using FIN Stack, ControlsPlus Solutions is your first point of contact for all technical support. Working closely with J2 Innovations technical staff, ControlsPlus will provide a rapid response to your questions, and escalate support if necessary.
    • On-line documentation is available on the J2 Innovations website.
    • FAQ information is available and will be kept up-to-date, based on the questions being asked and issues raised by FIN Stack users.
