Johnson N2 serial driver
Requirements:
JACE or OEM equivalent from Honeywell, Distech, or another supplier.
Serial communication RS485 Port. (Required “serial” feature in the license). Multiple external Tridium RS485 ports can be added to a JACE and all connected devices are covered by a single unlock code (license) for the MaxLine N2 driver.
The limitation on the maximum size of an N2 Network in a single Niagara N4 station is based on the JACE resource count, and the total bandwidth of the serial connection(s). The system must have at least a reserve of 30% CPU usage.
